What hearsay report?

It is a Report written by a person who has put their name to the Report. The name of the Site Source.The date it was written and reported.
Names of Hanlong sources and dates of meetings and so on.

Ask Baukaw if it is hearsay or a Report out of a Chinese source.

You say it is of zero value and irrelevant.
That is because it goes completely against any argument you try to put up on this Forum. It is fact except it.

I have a printed copy of the Report as does Baukaw. I sent it to Baukaw as he asked for a copy of it.
