If this company has done nothing but make losses for years and years and just wastes money on paying their CEO I doubt they will ever level with anyone on what is happening.
There is probably some kind of crisis going on with auditors, ASIC irate shareholders whatever. Why else would it take so long to get an answer out of them? Maybe those boof heads like countryrobert are chasing the CEO down.
