I dont know what makes you think they have stopped paying themselves, I doubt they have done that, with regards to the Auditor why they have not found anything strange with this company I find it astonishing. As far as I can find searching the IP databases globally they have no lodged IP for any netlinkz product, they have a copywrite for the logo, which is worthless, that appears to be everything so I am not sure if the company has any value to a prospective buyer. The tech is so old it seems to be based on open-source code developed in 2011 by Cisco and Intel called VPP, which any developer could pick up and sell. The advances in cyber products, encryption products etc have been massive over the last 2 years alone and the product that is getting traction in market is homomorphic encryption space. Thats where IBM and Microsoft invested massive amounts of money only to be beaten to market by a US startup.
