The video chronicles the development of this denialist myth from a wrongly interpreted U.S. DoE table, and then a wrongly skimmed paper, to the myth's serial reproduction by several crank bloggers - including Anthony Watts - who copy each other's bogus claims without ever checking or understanding the source, and then seem to have great trouble admitting their 'mistakes' even after the wrongly quoted study's author corrects them again and again.

Rather funny to see how flimsy the foundations are on these denialist blog's 'house of cards' that are taken as gospel by their legions of loyal readers.
