Judging by your response and that of others I don't think you were aware of this case/judgement which in my opinion should be made known to ASX as per continuous disclosure laws and requirements. Reading judgement sounds like directors are in it for themselves and not all shareholders which would be concerning as it isn't good having employees offside with their employer. Hope for everyone sake this roadblock gets sorted quickly
