I was simply pointing out it was a stupid excuse to use for making weed illegal.
The reality is here in Australia, if you want to smoke weed, it's easy to get, the cops really don't care unless you're driving with it in your system or you are growing it in large quantities. Most states have quite lenient laws if you get caught with a small quantity, here in Victoria you get an official warning if you have less than 50g(i think that's the amount). Anyone who wants to smoke it already does, what's the point of maintaining it's illegal status?
