    This is not a discussion that I'd get too involved in, although, when I was younger, I had the occasional puff on a joint yet never went on to pop any pills or powder. I really wonder whether any more people would take up using 'weed', if it's illegality was removed, equally, I'm not certain that fewer people would go on to harder drugs, if weed was made legal......the two big questions. 


    Alcohol is the most used drug, and I always thought that if the alcohol tax was dropped on drinks that were under 3% alcohol, kids may stop priming before going out with red bull and vodka, as they'd find the bar drinks more affordable.....it may even sway more seasoned drinkers too. Having a teenage son, and having discussed the topic with him and his friends, who go up to early twenties, affordability leads them to this priming practice.


    Just my thoughts, and apologies if you don't see it as analogous to the thread topic.
