Any thoughts on whether we will be required to appoint lawyers to look into this suspension?
IMO, as we all raised the issue of cashflow numerous times with the company, only to be put off with a 'wait and see', maybe there is some recourse to be had?
If KML goes into admin, superficially it appears negligent considering the debt they kept piling on, and the high prices paid for projects? Surely BT must have had cashflow from geophysics and Sn offtake agreements?
