If any company goes into liquidation because of negligence then either the Directors or their insurers need to be pursued otherwise shareholders will always be taken for a ride. Hopefully KML will not be a company going into liquidation and the issue of whether there was negligence will not arise. Does the company has significant debt? If there is no debt then the companies tenements must have some value.
