    The thing that eats me, is we all saw a potential issue with cashflow to finance the acquisition debt, and I think in every case where we contacted the company HC members were told:

    Dont worry, be happy.... details will be released to the market soon.

    Then the next thing is they are suspended due to cash flow issues. I mean... ??????? how does that work ?????
