As you can all see from the Chairmans Address, Kroombit is progressing nicely. I am going to talk a little more about Kroombit, because ultimately I strongly believe that Kroombit will become a mine. Kroombit is near surface or at surface. Zinc Grades are average, other companies are talking about mining zinc alone at 0.5% Its an earthmoving excercise. Move the dirt crush the dirt float the zinc and copper. Who cares what the grade is as long as it floats! Its the cost of moving the dirt that is important here! Cost of Dirt moving? (no overburden or little at Kroombit) Cheap!!! near surface Cost of crushing, . Cost of floating, a little more expensive due to grades. (some excellent good copper credits too) But who cares because the deposit is near the surface and the dirt moving and infrastructure costs are cheap to counteract the floating and crushing costs.
Kroombit underpins your investment in ARE. I am sure you have all experienced that sinking feeling, when an investment that you think was good drops by 40%.. I certainly felt that way when I bought AGS at 18c only to see it drop to 11c I questioned my sanity a number of times as I bought more AGS shares at 11-13c (I used the argument back then, even if the uranium is worth nothing surely the gold assets and the cash are worth 10c)
So I am using the same argument again with ARE Surely Kroombit is worth 40c on its own, as is. I am almost certain it will be a mine. When it is a mine it will be worth around $2+ per share.
So not a bad investment on its own.
Then add Torrens... Worth $10-$20 per share if it is another Olympic Dam What is the risked value of Torrens? 20c? 50c? $1
Laos? Find a Million ounce mine or two, probably worth 50c per share per mine Chances of that I reckon are better than 50:50 Probably worth 20c Plus per share.
Kanmantoo Hillgrove willl be mining it soon ARE's stake probably worth 3c a share
Alford. Very Promising Prospect. Worth another 5c
Lots of upside, difficult to see the downside in the long term.
