I would send a query email to the company and keep it, along with their response, as record for future reference, E.g., in communications with ASIC I we go there.
... bearing in mind, IF they came good and pull a few things out of the hat that will add value for shareholders, all can be forgotten ...
But a query sent to the management would definitely be effective ... at this stage. But one may want to inform I the query that it is a step to allow the company to explain before concern is raised with ASIC. This will hopefully ensure hey will provide an answer which they can be held responsible for.
