Regarding last capital raise company made.
basic math error was made In prospectus and then corrected as claim was made directors would take up their full entitlement which wasn’t the case if the table was followed. Then if you look into LO holdings he only took up entitlement that was in direct name and not shares owned in direct name holdings. This excluded share held in loan agreement which are controlled by LO but he never took up the rights per the last raise for this parcel therefore the statement all directors will take up their full entitlement was misleading. Issue has been raised with asx and acknowledgement of this received. Depends on the outcome whether we will get to hear more about this.
