While there is a move in forming a group action that includes those not so active on HC (& of course will include those here), in the meantime it will be very effective if ASIC receives as many complaint from individuals to also add to the weight of complaints lodged by those elsewhere - Again, with ASIC number of shares held by an individual is irrelevant. It is the number of complaints, the severity of concern and their merits that are important even if it comes from someone who has never been an investor. In this case most items of concern are reasonably self evident.
