I think this is a question. We know there is a push for electric public buses and of course we already have electric trolleys, trams...etc. IMO nothing wrong here. However...
Biden's plan:

Thus Qua, the backward part is a bigger Federal Government. More committees on the horizon for EV programs. Less public and private enterprises as we will see since operations that are not working well these days i.e. US Postal Service will be thrown cash. The USPS IMO should be privately owned.
