what I want to know is, who owns the IP/patents for these machines? Is this potentially a way of repatriating the ownership of the IP to the USA with minimal taxes?
Let's say the company goes belly up, who walks away with the Patents? Will they simply open up a new company in the US ad have a solid crack at it there, having used investors' money to do all the research and development and then open up a privately held company with 100% ownership and no need to share profits?
Maybe I'm just being paranoid here, but come on, seriously, what the hell happened to this company?
