I only joined Hardman as a share holder in 2004. So going back to 1998 is beyond me

The two areas I would explore if nobody comes to your aid on the BB is The Registrar. I would write to the address from where your Hardmans dividends came. In England these people are very helpful on such matters. Or even Tullow themselves the department ruled over by The Company Secretary may well have absorbed all the Hardman information following the takover.

I cannot think of any other places where the data you require might be stored
