You need a trusted agent whom you pay for per purchase....otherwise you may be buying from anyone including a scammer who speaks Japanese. and you may never see the car.
Just consider the scammers that are here on Gumtree if you want to sell your car..."like send me your banking details and I'll deposit the funds...I'm an engineer working offshore with the Navy and we're not allowed mobile phones for security reasons....I'm not allowed todisclose my location....etc etc etc.
There are hundreds of these operating in international car sales too except with a better speil.and their first move is to get you on WeChat etc etc etc
