alfieval,
I did a quick search as you suggested, and found this on Bloomberg Business:
"Mr. Donald J. Taig, Don, B.Com, FAICD, FCPA, served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Chiquita Brands South Pacific Ltd., ('Chiquita'). Mr. Taig has 20 years experience in the food industry especially in baking where he served as Managing Director of Goodman Fielder's Australian bakery business prior to joining Chiquita. (now Harbour Capital Limited). Mr. Taig is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants. He holds B.Com, FAICD, and FCPA."
Please read the above: 11 years in CRA (Conzinc Riotinto Australia?) and other mining experience. Well qualified in his FML role IMHO, and we're very lucky to have him.
You mention disasters he has presided over, but did not mention he is a troubleshooter, whose job it was to fix disasters caused by others before he was called in. It appears his ability to fix disasters is being called into question by you, in a potentially slanderous manner! I don't feel your criticism is fair, honest or helpful. Is your motive to down ramp??? You are out of line IMHO and I suggest you apologise.
