Hi rowingboat I totally agree that cost is a most important factor - because in the end it is all about the money.

Companies also run in stages at their own time and oscillate between over valued and undervalued. Move are undervalued at present due to external factors that increased this factor throughout 2011.

If I cannot see why a company has fallen in SP then I stay away. It I believe a company is overvalued I stay away. If I can see the reasons for undervaluation and can look forward in the near term to resolution of the issues, and the TA looks right I invest. This is where I see FML right now.

Even the negative report from OM is not pushing the SP down much as might be expected. Shares are just changing hands to the better informed IMO.

We make money on SP appreciation not low costs. The company makes the money on low cost. Its the value that counts for us shareholders - and the upside movement of course - and the exit point naturally. Risk reward. This is generic not aimed at any one stock. TGZ just formed a lovely cup am interested in how the pattern evolves. FML has completed its down pattern and not moved up yet so leverage is at maximum at this new entry point for me here - all IMO.

    Cheers,
