    Truly lame mate. Twist the numbers how you like but with any investment the only thing of real interest to a long term investor is the return they are getting for their money based on what they have put into it - whether they have paid it off their debts or not is irrelevant. By your argument the vast majority of investments in the world are not good investments - but as with most investments it is time that makes them good investments.

    What and you are not spouting propaganda.... take your own advice "posting is not compulsory" especially for an investment by your own definition is not good.

    Whether the owner has paid of the investment or not has no bearing whatsoever on what rent the property will be let for and it has nothing to do with greed. Any vendor of a product or service can charge what they think they can get for their product/service on the market.
