most of property investor don't have a clue...it's an asset class rife with hardworking, illiterate hopefulls and that's why it is in such a state !!!

the state of yields of LESS than 4 % ....... in 90 % of cases BUT ... you can buy with SOMEBODY ELSES money and it's deemed SAFE so...
