HI Jesse_wg - Its probably too late now.
Josh Fegan was the darling of the ASX until he did this deal. He has raised $30M against a company that is now valued at around $130M and spent it on a terrible deal buying an unfinished Canadian manufacturing facility for about 5x its true price.
Even retail investors aren't that stupid.
The only winner from this transaction is Greg Battersby.
