Could also be a motivated seller who needed liquidity to offload their holding. Lots of naked swimmers out there.
Whilst unnecessarily ambiguous with the timeline, the 'legally binding' Scheme looks to be continuing on to completion.
Let's not forget, the Directors need to update the market if they felt that the Scheme was at risk of not completing.
