doesnt the director need to scheme to go through so they can get shares in privatised vehicles in the first place? I think in this climate its in most people's best interest to get this through whether they like it or not. The drop in share price could be factor for alot of things such as liquidity/macro etc...
not trying to defend the directors but i dont see a reason why someone from the company wouldnt wnat this to go through. Maybe the bidders have concern but thats about it...
