The Company has refused to provide me with the share register which in itself is an offence pursuant to Section 173 Corporations Act.
The only way to obtain the register now is to apply for it at the Federal Court level, which is what I was planning on doing. I'm happy to pay the cost of $1,695. I'm happy to go to Court myself. I don't want any assistance from shareholders other than to gauge their satisfaction with current management and the way the Company is being run.
My next step once I obtained the register was to send out a letter to as many shareholders as I can to ascertain their satisfaction level with current management. Personally, I think there needs to be changes made. Depending on the response, I'd work with a group of holders to formulate a plan that works in the best interests of the shareholders. Not the Board and management.
My motive is simple. I'm sick and tired of retail shareholders being ripped off by under-performing management.
But as I said, there appears to be no interest so good luck to everyone. We all make our own investment decisions, me included. I've only got myself to blame. All the best to everyone.
