Many good points - good and bad unfortunately.
If Directors added a full time Project Manager and assistant at guess $500k/yr there’s good chance the project races ahead and the company adds $10 / 20 / 40m market cap? That’s a pretty good return on investment & rewards SH. Isn’t that their job to work in the best interests of SH?
Going slow, not responding to SH or attending to the opportunities for SH returns in a timely and committed manner does not fulfil their responsibilities.
