In short,they are grossly underpaid.Certain people (some on here) just want to criticise and bring up, Long holidays,short days etc which i believe they richly deserve.
What is the alternative,introduce standard industry conditions with four weeks leave ? Ah, tell that to the money hungry parents that demand two incomes

What also galls me is the amount of parents who seem to believe that it is a teachers job to raise their kids.

However,blue skies are not too far away.Now that we have a caring,sharing open and honest goverment who draw huge support from the teaching profession, huge pay rises and better conditions,plus computors for every child are on their way. :-)
