I forgot to say that I found the fossil fuel industry efficiency figures of 81.7% for getting the petrol and diesel to the pump as much better than I expected. I had no idea they were that efficient, especially after reading that shale oil can use 50% of the energy extracted just to heat it up enough to get it out of the ground but appreciate that's an extreme example although not uncommon these days.
For all that he then used 90% which gave a big boost to the petrol/diesel figures. Why I don't know?
