What is the concensus,
Can't see the share price reaching 60c so I'd have to say the underwriting is a takeover attempt by stealth.
Is it going to get past the FIRB - probbly not given the history.
So the price factors have got to be
+ potentially some funding coming in
+ sale of ore to somebody
+ legal action for damages
- poor price for ore
- no takeover premium
- 10% discount to customers into the future - going to be higher than $40 you would expect.
- funding could fall through
Given the options I would have thought the shareprice would move to around 50c today.
If they gain > 20% stake do they have to bid for other shares at the price that aquired the current shares at?
are the 60c options just for show...
