    Hi lagunabay.

    I don't think those countries can afford to put cash in.
    Cameroon will owe a lot of $millions to SDL in the future for its share of money spent in SDL getting to production. Cameroon are likely to take the option of paying back to SDL out of their share of profits rather than pay up front.
    SDL are also hoping Cameroon do not take up the other option for shares as well.
