Obviously you think management is faultless with your comment;

What if management has miscalculated, or their hand was forced into using this investor to obtain working capital due to a lack of other options?
I'm not concerned or apprehensive about anything to do with SDL, I post here a couple of days a week and happen to offer an opinion that is contrary to your continual bending of circumstances to only ever fit the most positive outcome for SDL.
I'd read more into the actions of other posters who live here day in and out, only ever offering blue sky thoughts that have to date been rather off the mark.
