Hi Donedeal, I agree.

Although, I think when our sp rises significantly that's actually when someone is doing themselves a favour.

The article IMO is to seed doubts (aka discourage interest in the stock).

Divide and conquer (I agree) but in the context of SDL strategically bringing on board Noble and Wafin (while pursuing a fully debt funded solution) in bolstering our defences against any potential mischief of not just China but also any or combination of the interested parties.

A credible debt funded solution is the best defence.

I am not ruling out any further potential surprises (coming out of the deal with Mr Bogolyubov).
