Taurus is a closed resource fund
They have approx 900 mil of non hot money from mainly US institutions
The funds are locked away for 8 yrs.
They have a team of analysts that work on a number of projects and investments across the resource sector.Usually about 5/7 key investments
They are long term investors and will get close to 20pct and seek a non confrontational position on the board .
If you google them do soe research on the principals and you will see they are on the board of soe other companies as well.
These guys are good operators and very well respected with a great team behind the scenes.
