"They've has approaches - fact The interested parties are leading gold co's - fact They have been granted access to DD data - fact Several co's have signed CA's (meaning they've accessed the data) - fact"....... AMX management has NOT announced any such "facts".
And Yes!... When I see management state categorically that a Take Over offer has been made, THAT is when I will say the word ---- "fact" in relation to any previous wild speculation.
