Yes, the market looks a little cautious across the employment services sector - time will tell if the housekeeping was fully done post the LINC mis-adventure? Ross topping up at the bottom suggest things are getting back to normal?

If things are getting back to normal? The two key questions I have:

1. Will Ross move to increase his holdings further? I think I've read - some have said on HC that's not his plan, yet recent actions indicate he wants a larger holding in ASH?

and

2. Will he take other shareholders along for a fruitful ride?

Any upside will place a hurdle in front of Ross acquiring more!?, then again if the cashflow is back to 2021-2023 days, at these levels the challenge for Ross is to get enough sellers to feed what just might be his objective of taking ASH private!?

Let's hope?, if Ross does take ASH private, the small holders will be well rewarded!?

All this is speculation, what does Ross aim to do with what is for the large part his company? even though it is ASX listed!!!
