Yes Chris Ford - very interesting. I expect my background in Law is most probably much more extensive than yours because decades of experience has made me more than convinced that certain behaviour can well be correlated with the moon phases.
If you choose to ignore it than that is fine - I have no problem with that.
Many years ago when I had just returned from working O/S and had just opened a new practice in Australia and needed to supplement my income I did a stint when I worked in a legal call centre at that time entitled "advice and referral". On a slow day (10am - 4 pm) I would take 80 calls and on a busy day 120. I can assure you categorically - the moon cycles are alive and well in living in an area near you. The group of us who worked in this centre would emerge each day and groan at each other asking what the moon cycle was as we would get unbelieveable spates of exactly the same incidents.
If you have never worked in such a centre then you wouldn't understand what I am saying. Having said that have you never been out in traffic and said to yourself - what is wrong with this bunch of lunatics today - they must all be out here????
If you wish to follow up on this point then please take note of the types of problems with which you are presented on a cyclical basis. If your level of legal speciality is very limited then you will not experience this phenomonem.
