Yes I can see what you are saying but the market has therefore forgotten the results of the meeting of 6.12.2016 when NEU made an allotment of 100m shares to L Walker of up to 30.6.17.(roughly $8 m). That is a great back stop.
The results will be out before that time expires and assuming all is good then NEU has money not to be bullied into a low level agreement.
I don't understand the recent fall in SP except that the market at times is influenced by sentiment/manipulation/ and who knows what else.
I am still very happy with my investment
