At least every decent chartist would have read the signs and gotten out of the market by now, or would have set appropriate stop losses under support lines or would already be shorting. They won't be predicting but going with the flow, ready to change their minds and their strategy at a moment's notice.
We know the markets are going down now.
How low, no one knows.
