    Perhaps the Board need an incentive - like take away any cash payments to them for their services and issue them with 1M shares each per year (say 1.5M for a newly appointed CEO).

    That may get some action and lots of proof-reading of announcements pre-release date!

    My votes for a CEO would be Tony Lofthouse (THX CEO) or Chris Cairns (ex IGR MD).
