I believe that the Havilah Board have failed to disclose to its shareholders all the facts pertaining to the rights issue.
1. What are the director's intention in regard to their rights?
2. Who are the mystery major shareholders?
3. The mystery shareholders have given non-binding commitments. Can we have an update as to their current intentions as to these commitments? Are these mystery shareholders requiring additional conditions?
Without the support of these major shareholders and existing directors there will be a substantial shortfall in the rights issue. With no money Havilah is dead in the water.
