In one of the exchange deals (I think it was IDCG) they were talking about an alliance where Razor gets a cut of the transaction profits. Sounds like there may not be a lot of that on this deal right at the moment. Hopefully they made some money on the licensing and implementation, though the pockets of a startup exchange would likely be a lot less deep that an established, profitable entity. I guess we'll see if there's any spike in the North American revenues next annual report - they've been flat since they bought the treasury system some years ago.
