I emailed Andrew Wood the ceo of RZR and asked him to comment on the article from Risk Magazine with regard to the implementation of Razor.

He responded with the following;

"Thanks for the question. The technical issues that you refer to are certainly not with Razor but with other vendors products that is hampering their business. They are very happy with Razor as you will have seen through the CEO's testimony in our delivery update of this week.

You will have read Geithner's update from Wednesday and hence IDCG - being the key clearing platform should be in an excellent position once the regulatory pressures are enforced.
