It's about 200 years too late to be crying over Australia being settled by the Europeans.

I'm only guessing, but I'm pretty sure none of those opposed to Australia Day were here 200 years ago, so they have lost nothing.

We are all part of today's Australia, not the Australia of 200 years ago.

Celebrate Australia Day as a coming together of the people of Australia for the people that are here today.


P.S. Columbus Day in the US has had similar controversy as Australia Day.
