IAC = Wash dirt with fertiliser for 30 mins, collect run off, put dirt back.
Hard Rock / Non Ionic Clay = Crush Dirt/filter, Cook Dirt and / or Bathe dirt in sulphuric acid (where do you get this now?) for 1-24 hours. Find a way to remediate the dirt so you can put it back or pray you get permission for a tailings dam.
You need massive grades or a government backing for it to make absolutely any sense on a napkin.
