Well I see your point, the details of the sanitizer is still not shown. However having 'unprecedented demand' stated in the announcement alludes that the characteristic of the sanitizer has to match that demand. The 2mil order being the first litmus test, I think it is safe to bet that the sanitizer is more than 60% isopropyl.
