if anyplace gets quarantined....like a small town or city....then stockpiling in advance will be a good thing...
I have talked with neighbours who have been buying in bulk in anticipation of trouble. These people are realists. They see what can happen.(Italy China)..and if they have space then stockpiling can't hurt.
