I think the rest of my shares are going to be worth a lot more after options exercise . Funding is the issue for us and options are our ST ticket to resolve this - expecting a nice bounce once it becomes apparent we are getting the money. You may get a few selling then to pay for any ST loans they required to convert but easy money if you can wait to sell after rather than before imo.
