Because if they are, I don't understand why the directors didn't participate in the SPP. Also, don't they have a bunch of debt repayment deadlines that they have just cruised past, without announcing whether they had paid.

There is no doubt in my mind that the Taralga wind farm is a very very valuable asset. I'd suggest their share is worth a lot more than $10 million. However, It remains to be seen whether that will ever benefit shareholders.
