I was wondering whether the Scheme will get thru.
We non-LLC hold the key.
From previous HC threads it seems apparent that smaller s/h are not happy with the offer.

I was wondering if readers of HC, who have a reasonable number of shares ie say 500,000 upwards, what they think of the offer - and how they think they might vote?

any thoughts?
